Australian Shipping
We offer Australia-wide shipping.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250, excluding our home range.
For orders under $250, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Processing Times
Our handmade quilts and wall hangings are generally ready to ship and are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days, unless the item is listed as a pre-order or made to order.
Some homewares and other selected products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted brand partners. Processing times for these products vary and are outlined on the individual product page.
If your order contains products fulfilled by different locations, your items may be dispatched separately.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard Australian delivery generally takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery to rural and remote areas may take longer.
For products fulfilled by our partners, processing and delivery timeframes may differ from our handmade collection. The applicable timeframe will be provided on the product page or at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and contents of your order.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on where each product is fulfilled.
For example, handmade pieces may be dispatched by Demee Design, while selected homewares may be sent directly from one of our trusted brand partners.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
