Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in creating and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We'll assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Orders
If you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll organise the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

If a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
If a return has been approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for returning your order and, where applicable, cover the cost of return shipping.
